SFHDC developed 18 affordable condominiums at the heart of the Town Center district of Bayview. Two thousand square feet of commercial spaces is occupied by Radio Africa Kitchen restaurant.
Alice Griffith – Phase 1
Alice Griffith, Phase 1, is part of the HOPE SF public housing transformation project. Developed in partnership with McCormack Baron Salazer, this phase provides 93 units of affordable multi-family rental housing to low- and very low-income households.
